The 2013 FAI Annual Report, which gives an overview of last year’s activities and achievements of the Federation, has been released.
FAI President John Grubbström said, “The 2013 FAI Annual Report covers the most significant activities of the year, including the success of our sports at The World Games, the FAI Gold Air Medal for Russian aerobatic pilot Mikhail Mamistov, the new FAI-Breitling Awards and the agreement with Red Bull Air Race.
Hopefully you will find it interesting and enlightening, whether you are part of the air sports community or want to discover our Federation and what we do. With this publication our objective is to give our readers an overview of all our achievements and projects, as well as facts and figures, results, records and much more.”
New features in the report include a section about FAI Members with samples of their activities, a focus on Portugal which celebrated its centenary as a Member of the FAI and a map showing the Federation’s presence in the World.
Furthermore, the new Flipbook format improves the presentation of the report and makes it more convenient to read.
