Dear Executive Board,

Dear Presidents of Honour,
Dear Companions of Honour,

As you probably imagine, we are always trying to reduce unnecessary costs and non-efficient use of time. We also aim for more sustainability whenever possible.
On the other hand, as the FAI is now entering a new “era” that might include commercial partners (sponsorship, partnership projects, etc), we will need to consider improving the quality, layout and content of the Minutes of the General Conference.
In that frame, we are thinking about the way our General Conferences Minutes could better be produced.
Therefore, we need your opinion about the following:

1. Do you need the FAI General Conference Minutes in a paper version as currently done?

Invalid Input
2. If Yes,
How many paper copies would you ideally need?

Invalid Input
What use are you making of the paper version of the Minutes?

Invalid Input
3. Would you prefer receiving the FAI General Conference Minutes in an electronic version?

Invalid Input
4. If Yes, which format do you prefer ?
