CIVA Sub-Committee Rules Report Issued

The CIVA Rules & Judging Sub-Committees met in Ljungbyhed, Sweden on 5 August to consider the dozens of proposals submitted by CIVA Delegates this year for incorporation into the 2005 CIVA Regulations and Sporting Code. The report is now available here. Interested parties in the aerobatic community are requested to contact their national CIVA delegates to provide their input on these recommendations. The report will be reviewed at CIVA's plenary meeting in Madrid, Spain on 25-26 September 2004. The new rules will become effective on 1 January 2005.
