CIVA President's Council Created

Today, CIVA President Mike Heuer created a new and informal “CIVA President’s Council” to advise the CIVA Bureau and other bodies on appropriate issues and problems.

The Council will consist of CIVA President of Honour James Black (United Kingdom) and CIVA Vice Presidents of Honour Karl Berger (Austria), Alan Cassidy (United Kingdom), Bob Chomono (France), Jiri Kobrle (Czech Republic), and Osmo Jalovaara (Finland).  Bob Chomono is shown left.

Their combined years of experience in aerobatics number in the hundreds. They have been involved in all aspects of aerobatics – competition flying, judging, rules-making, and contest organization. All served at one time as Delegate of their country to CIVA.

The Bureau deals with many difficult and complex problems throughout the year and their counsel would be valuable the Officers of CIVA and the sport of aerobatics.
