The FAI has today ratified the three world records claimed by Solar Impulse pilot André Borschberg from Switzerland, following a performance flight achieved on 23 May 2013 from Phoenix to Dallas (USA).

The flight was part of the Across America Mission which aimed at flying in several legs from the East to the West coast of the USA with Solar Impulse, a solar-powered aircraft.
