4th FAI World GP Gliding Championship: Finally a great soaring day!

The Contest Director set a short task, but the weather was much better that expected and after an early start, the first two pilots came back archiving a speed of 109 Km/h. The German legend Uli Schwenk and the Italian legend Giorgio Galetto arrived together with only two seconds of difference. Third the Czech pilot Ivan Novak. Overal score after day two: first Giorgio Galetto (Italy) with 14 point, second David Jansen (Australia) with 12 point and third Didier Hauss (France) with 11 points. Today the weather is not very promising actually, but we expect an improvement for the early afternoon.
