7th FAI Junior World Gliding Championships

The competition has started! The 2011 gliding season in Europe is severely affected by bad weather. After three consecutively cancelled days, we were eventually able to set a task for the two classes flying the 7th FAI Junior World Gliding Championships in Musbach, Germany. Almost half of the Club Class pilots landed at the airfield, but any of the Standard Class pilots completed the task and came back to Musbach, where we enjoyed a very nice German evening, with typical food, cider and music.
