Initially contact Elisabet Mikaelsson who will set you up with a "dropbox" and from then on all you need to do is move your entry video (smallest format possible) into your Dropbox folder, and the judges will then pick it up.

not forgetting to include the following information:

• Country
• Competitors Names
• Competitors e-mails
• Competition
• Round No.
