The 20th FAI World Hang Gliding Class 1 championship came to an end with Italia taking both individual (Christian Ciech) and team Gold. France is in Silver (Antoine Boisselier and team). The FAI has today announced the list of the 11 sports and 24 disciplines selected for the FAI World Air Games Dubai 2015. More than 1000 athletes, crews and officials will be involved in the multi air sports event. It will be the biggest FAI World Air Games ever organised. The 14th FAI World Paragliding Championships, Roldanillo, Colombia, is less than a month away, with registration opening on 10th January. This is the first CIVL Category 1 paragliding event to mandate the use of CIVL Competition Class (CCC) gliders. The final list of CCC certified gliders allowed to fly at this event is available here.
