Anyone competing in an FAI event may be chosen for an anti-doping test. The FAI website has been updated with a guide to anti-doping, the WADA Code and, in particular, TUEs.
If you are prescribed a medication which is on the WADA Prohibited List, you need a TUE before you compete. A TUE (therapeutic use exemption) is a form filled out by your doctor which states that you have a medical need for the prescription. If you test positive for a banned substance and you do not have a TUE, you face suspension from sport. Read more about anti-doping using the link below:
