Bid Book

A bid book listing the criteria, conditions & requirements for hosting a First Category Event, was adopted

Paraski

Russia expressed interest in hosting World Paraski Championships in 2013 & 2014 as part of a campaign to bring Paraski closer to the Winter Olympics; it was suggested that staging WPCs in successive years would bring Paraski into line with the World Championship schedule of other Olympic disciplines


Wingsuits

A Temporary Wingsuit Records Working Group, chaired by Jacqui Bruwer (RSA) and to report to the 2011 ICP Plenary, was set up to examine the Wingsuits Large Formation Records issue (wingsuits are also known as birdman suits or squirrel suits)


Elections

The IPC bureau was re-elected with a two-year mandate
