The 2013 Annual Meeting of the FAI Medico-Physiological Commission (CIMP) was held on 8 and 9 June 2013 in Paris, France.
Here are the main decisions and discussions that took place during the meeting:
The Commission considers itself expert in pilot health and safety and expressed its will to be more involved in advocating safety standards in aircraft to better protect pilots in case of accident.
The focus should move from anti-doping to safety (especially in aeromodelling), medical regulations, aerobatics and the effect on health.
