13th of July 2006 Under a not very optimistic grey sky the pilots launched at midday from Mont Chery for a 6th task of 5 turnpoints and goal in Morzine (43,9 km). About an hour after the start point opened it started to rain at some places and there were some big developments in certain points of the Morzine valley, with strong turbulences. The task was stopped before any pilot could complete it, so it scores no points. The Championship is now finished and yesterday overall results remain unchanged.

12th of July 2006 By midday all the pilots launched from Mont Chery for a 54,8 km task through 4 turnpoints and goal in Samoens. The start point opened at 13:00 so that all the pilots have the chance to complete their flights before the storms appear. Due to the quick development of thunderstorms in the area, the meet director decided to stop the task at 14:56, with 50 pilots already in goal.

11th of July 2006 The 91 km task concluded with 80 pilots in goal. The day began with smooth conditions but little by little got more powerful, with areas of strong turbulence during the course. The flight was demanding but at the same time the pilots enjoyed some magnificent views of the alpine summits.

10th of July 2006 A hard race, with some difficult parts -which means that the landing was not so massive today. 46 pilots completed the 88 km task that took them from Avoriaz to Lake Leman, the Samoens valley and then back to Les Gets.
