The circuit took the pilots around the valley of Morzine, from Mont Chery to Le Marteau, then to Avoriaz, the chalet of the Gold Mines, La Chaux, the restaurant of Nyon, Corche Blanche and goal at the HQ in Morzine. 114 pilots completed the task.9th Paragliding European Championship – Day 7

Morzine landing field (photo: ojovolador.com) 3rd of July 2006 The 2nd task of the competition had to be stopped about an hour after the start point opened because of the big developments in the area of Morzine-Avoriaz. The first “FAI Seminar for Event Directors (SED)” was successfully held from 7 to 9 April 2006 at the Danish House of Sports at Bröndby/Copenhagen (DEN), under the leadership of Mr. Bengt-Eric FONSELL.
