The future is electric: Not only on the ground, in the air as well. Electric driven planes are already reality.
To support the electrical mobility in aviation and to emphasize their relevance, the first Fly-In for electric powered aircraft will take place at Grenchen Airport (LSZG) on 9 and 10 September 2017.
There will be a static and air display for a variety of different electric- or hybrid powered aircraft.
The regional airport of Grenchen is located in the middle of Switzerland and very easy to reach.
Beside to fly-in, there is a highway junction in the vicinity as well and public transport is available every half an hour.
There is no admission fee. Please contact Alfons Hubmann, the President of the FAI Amateur-Built and Experimental Aircraft Commission (CIACA), if you would like to be present at the meeting.
